Sven Can See products can be shipped throughout the US and Canada via USPS, UPS and FedEx. For International and bulk orders please contact Customer Service at 781-885-3530
Returning an Item
- Original Receipt or Invoice: A refund will be issued in the original payment method used for purchase. Refunds will be given for the purchase price on the original receipt. If coupon codes, free items, or shipping were charged, the refund amount will reflect their use. Credit card purchases will be credited back to the original card.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges will only be refunded if the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly by Sven Can See®. In cases of shipping damage, please contact mail carrier.
- PayPal: Your PayPal account will be credited with the amount paid for the item.
- Store Purchases: Sven Can See® may only be returned to place of purchase. If purchased through a retailer, please return the item to that store.
- Damaged Upon Arrival, Incorrect Items: If Sven Can See® is damaged upon arrival or you receive the incorrect product, please call Customer Service at 781-885-3530 within 7 days of delivery.
Returns by Mail in the United States
Returns by mail must be mailed via Ground Shipping to the following address with a Return Authorization Form:

If the merchandise is returned by mail, your PayPal account will be credited.
